A Day Spent Celebrating Nature & Having Fun…

Please accept our heartfelt thanks for coming along to our open day on Sunday. A day spent celebrating nature, eating wood fired pizza, building dens, throwing wellies and riding around on the tractor.

Over 500 people visited us throughout the day, many of whom will have been new to the farm and forest school.

This is so important to building connections with the community and showcasing what we offer as an organisation and our strong partnership with Shillingford Organics.

Our Facebook page has been inundated with beautiful photos of happy children and parents enjoying a sunny summer day in the country. We’ve posted a few of these below along with some comments from families who attended the day… If you’d like us to add your photos, please post them to our Facebook page or post them in the comments below.

We also raised around £500 for the new kindergarten classroom, which will enhance our Forest School kindergarten offering and provide a safe, warm environment during the winter months.

Finally, a special thanks to Joe, Liam, Kayte, Sheila and the volunteers from the farm who gave up their Sunday to help us out… we couldn’t do things like this without you.

Our next big event is our family Fundraiser Day on Saturday 3rd September, to raise further required funds for the Kindergarten.
