In need of a little rest and relaxation in a beautiful outdoor setting this summer? Then we’ve got just the thing! We’ve teamed up with YogaBhoga Devon and Jo Jo’s Feel Good Food to bring you a holistic wellbeing day in the woods, designed to nurture your mind, body and soul.
We know just how important it is to take time for yourself, to engage in activities that both relax and recharge you and to spend time outside in nature. That’s why we’ve designed this day to give you the chance to join in with a small group of like-minded folk for a dose of peace and positivity in the woods.
The day will include:
- an energising two hour yoga session
- a sensory woodland walk
- delicious home-cooked vegetarian lunch with hot drinks and sweet treats in the afternoon
- a mindfulness workshop around the campfire
Please note this wellbeing day is for over 18s only. We cannot wait to meet you at one of our three forest-based locations. Please be aware that we are keeping the group sizes small in order to hold a calm and safe space so places are limited.
