The Elements Retreat

Taking place on the wild and wonderful Dartmoor, The Elements Retreat is a weekend of relaxation, yoga, mindfulness and outdoor activities all paired with delicious food and fantastic company. Each retreat will have a different theme but will focus on reconnecting with nature and yourself.

Midsummer on the Moor Retreat

This weekend will focus on light and energy as we mark the longest days of the year (summer solstice and midsummer). Featuring light summery food, a sunrise walk on Dartmoor, energising yoga and much more, this retreat will offer both relaxation and empowerment as we gather in the sunshine on Dartmoor.

Nourish in Nature Retreat

This weekend falls near the Autumn Equinox and will focus on transition and transformation. From daily yoga, nourishing food and workshops to sumptuous surroundings and wanders in nature, it’s your time to retreat, recharge, and reconnect to the world in a more balanced, purposeful way.
