Birthday Parties Exmouth

Birthday parties begin with the guest of honour lighting the campfire, before the children get to explore and play in the woods. They then get set the ‘waterproof challenge’ of building their own den, and then it’s time for hot dogs, marshmallows and cake!

Parents supply the sausages, bread rolls, birthday cake, napkins and any condiments required.

Attendees must be wearing suitable clothing for being in the woods. Sturdy shoes or wellies and waterproofs are a must all year round!

For younger children’s parties, ages 1–3, we ask that ALL parents remain, therefore In the event that adverse weather means a party cannot go ahead as planned, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, or we can reschedule your party.

• Parties are cancelled where weather warnings are issued for winds above 40 mph and/or heavy rain.
• It is rare that we have to cancel a party.
• Notice must be given two full weeks before the party, of your intention to cancel to receive a refund of your deposit.
