The Forest School at Exmouth
Opened in July 2014, Exmouth offers a wide range of exciting outdoor activities for all ages and can be found just a few miles from the town centre in beautiful spruce woodland. It is our main base for our Forest School Training courses.
The Forest School at Okehampton
We opened Okehampton’s first Forest School in 2017. It’s set in beautiful semi-ancient woodland, just a short walk from town. Debbie Miller, who has worked with children in the area for nearly two decades, runs our Toddler Clubs and Home Education Groups.
The Forest School at Totnes
Nestled in the hills, just outside Totnes in the village of Broadhempston is one of The Outdoors Group’s newest sites. Sarah Webb will be looking after our Totnes site. She’s worked in Forest Schools for many years and for the last 18 months has been working as part of our Transitional Learning Programme.
The Forest School at Escot
Just a stone's throw from Exeter, this beautiful mixed woodland site is the perfect setting for Forest School fun for all ages! From March 2022, we are very pleased to be opening our latest site. Located 20 minutes away from Exeter, within a beautiful plot of mixed woodland that boasts areas carpeted with bluebells throughout Spring,
