-Stranded in the deep forest?
-Far from civilization with a drive for survival?
-Wishing you’d have listened to Ray, when you actually fell for Bear Grylls using a snakeskin as a ‘water bottle’?…….
…….fear not, because at our new Wilderness Survival Club we will soon have you safe and dry.
This new venture will teach essential skills that are crucial for your survival in the wild. One of the first things you will learn is how to build shelters using natural materials. Whether it’s a lean-to shelter or a debris hut, knowing how to construct a shelter is fundamental for survival in the wilderness.
You will learn how to tie useful knots, a skill that is underestimated but incredibly important and can be a life saver.
Fire lighting is another essential skill that you will master. You’ll learn different methods of starting a fire, from using a ferro rod to creating a friction fire. Having a fire not only provides warmth and light but can also be used for cooking food and purifying water.
Basic bushcraft skills will also be covered, you’ll learn to process firewood efficiently, identify plants and trees, and cook over a campfire. These skills are not only practical but also connect you with nature in a profound way.
You will learn skills that have been passed down through generations, making tools from natural materials. These skills will not only help you survive in the wilderness but will also deepen your connection to the land and its resources.
Over time, once you have mastered the skills, you will receive a certificate to celebrate the new skills you have acquired. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, a beginner in survival skills, or simply curious about testing your limits, our wilderness survival club offers a unique and unforgettable experience. So, pack your bags, lace up your boots, and join us on this adventure of a lifetime.
We are pleased to offer a 10% introductory multi-session discount.

Is our club suitable for your child?
Our wilderness survival club is suitable for children ages 5 and above. Our club aims to provide children with an environment in which they are free to be themselves, meet new friends and socialise whilst engaging in fun forest school activities. We aim to be as inclusive as possible, and strive to provide all children with the right to engage in a session that promotes success and happiness through exploration and play. It is however separate provision from our term time activities, including the 1:1 programmes and The Outdoors School and therefore requires that children are able to attend without their parent/guardian and have a level of independence that does not require close supervision or assistance outside of what we would typically expect. If your child is registered with us on a 1:1 programme, please contact us prior to booking to discuss the suitability of these groups. In some cases where qualified staff are available, we may be able to provide 1:1 support during clubs. If you think this is a likely requirement you will need to email [email protected] with your enquiry.
Childcare Vouchers

“The holiday club has been absolutely amazing. The team are brilliant and my little girl (age 5) not only grew in confidence but she’s had a fabulous time. You really have made her summer and you rock! A huge thank you to you all”
“Son had a wonderful time and loved spending all day outside! Would thoroughly recommend!”
“They gave my son the most amazing summer holiday ever. He couldn’t wait to get there – and fire lighting, two man sawing and mud painting (all things we would need have done with a 5 year old) have enthralled him. Thanks team for a super summer!”
